Tair Shekel is an undergraduate student at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and a research assistant at MTRL. Tair’s interests in the field of architecture include digital architecture, experimental architecture, and robotic fabrication.

As a research assistant at MTRL, Tair is currently part of a team involved in a research project focused on architectural-scale 3D printing. In this role, she actively contributes to the design and planning aspects of 3D printing, exploring innovative methods and applications for modern building systems.

Tair has been recognized for her academic excellence, having received Dean’s Honors in both 2021 and 2022 from the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at the Technion.
